(1) Head, Business Development
Degree in a numeric discipline with proof of hands-on experience in Credit: Mortgages & Leases, 5 years experience in a financial institution and in a liability generating position, proficiency in computer application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Accounting and not more than 35 years old. ACIB or ACA and a postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.

2) Business Development Officers
same as above but with 3 years experience and not more than 25 years old.

(3) Head, Internal Control
Degree in a numeric discipline, AC or ACCA with 7 years experience, 5 in internal control unit in a bank or primary mortgage institution, experience in an audit firm will be an advantage, not more than 35 years.
