Job Title Legal Officers – ES00469

Job Description Responsible for providing legal advisory services to the various business groups within the Company, as well as, assisting in the negotiation and drafting of agreements and securing necessary internal approvals

Expiration Date 09 December 2008

Job Responsibility Provide hands-on legal support/expertise in connection with the day-to-day legal needs of the Company’s operations, including but not limited to drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and operational contracts

Job Requirements • Law degree (LL.B) from a reputable institution. Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association is essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in medium to large size organisation or law firm
• Experience in corporate law and company secretarial duties
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
