Position Summary:
· The successful candidate will report to Lead Process Engineer
· To engineer design work in line with the Process QA manual and company’s procedures.
· To keep all Process documentation in a state of readiness for Audit purposes
· To provide definition of the Process engineering work in the Project, design approach or criteria by skill and experience as directed by the Lead Process Engineer
· Estimate Process manhours for any job using the current TW Process manhour norms
· Responsible for maintaining work progress (budget, schedule) and raising change documentation where necessary.
· Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.
· Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
· Computer skills particularly of process simulation packages such as HYSYS and PRO/11 and in commercial software including databases, spreadsheets and word processing packages
· Experience in the development of process flow diagrams, heat and mass balances and piping and instrument diagrams, and in sizing and specification of equipment including separators, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers and dehydration and sweetening units

Requirements
· A good working knowledge of the codes and standards relating to the offshore oil and gas industry particularly the API recommended practices and ASME/ANSI pipe and pressure vessel codes
· Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) or equivalent
· Chartered Engineer or Member of Appropriate Engineering Institution (or at least applying for membership)
· More than 5 years process engineering experience in design/operations support related to the oil & gas production and processing industries, with at least 4 years in conceptual, FEED and detailed design in the Oil & Gas Industry.
