1. doctors

must be registered with the nigerian medical council
must possess at least 5 years post nysc

2. theatre nurses/ staff nurse / midwife

must have registered with nursing and midwifery council of nigeria
must possess at least 3 years post qualification working experience

3. lab scientist

must possess the necessary qualification in medical lab science from a recognized tertiary institution
must be registered with the medical lab science council of nigeria
must possess at least 5 years post qualification working experience

4. drivers

must possess at least a school leaving certificate and a current driver's license
must possess at 5 years driving experience and must not be less than 35 years of age
