Interview Questions for P&G ( Pls Share)

They use behavioral question type.
Those question will ask you about what you've done in the past with the hope of predicting what you will do in the future if faced with similar challenges.

The secret to excellin in such questions is to telling your stories the right way, such that the values and competences they look for will be seen to be in you.

For example, tell me a time when you had to make an important decision, what was the task, how did you go about it and what was the outcome.
The above is simply testing problem solving / decision making.
Your story should be said such that the skills will be seen to be in you, because some have good stories, but they dont say it the right way.
