Qualifications / Experience
LLB, BL (2nd Class Lower)
Post graduate degree or relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage.
Not less than ten (8) years cognate experience.
Excellent drafting skills
Practical knowledge of litigation and arbitration procedures.
Ability to interface with regulatory agencies.
Excellent interpersonal, Public relations and communications skills
Age requirement: The successful candidate should not be above 30 years

2. Job Title: MANAGER, LEGAL

Qualifications / Experience
LLB, BL (2nd Class Lower)

4. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, LEGAL

Qualifications / Experience
LLB, BL (2nd Class Upper)
Post graduate degree or relevant professional qualifications will be added advantage
Minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience, ten (10) of which must be at top management level in a reputable organization/firm
Deep but practical knowledge of company secretariat responsibilities, litigation, arbitration and real estate procedure
Excellent oral written and drafting skills
Ability to work long hours with minimum supervision and to interface with regulatory agencies
Excellent interpersonal, public relations and communication skills
Age requirement: The successful candidate should not be above 45 years


5. Job Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER (PROTOCOL), CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Qualifications / Experience
BA/B.Sc humanity, Arts & Social Sciences (minimum of 2nd Class Lower)
Must be computer literate
