HR & ADMIN MANAGER NEEDED

A fast-growing company engaged in the publishing of prestige books & magazines seeks to hire the services of an experienced HR/Admin Manager.

Purpose
- Responsible for all HR activities, as well as day-to-day administration of the office.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in relevant field or equivalent
- At least 2 years managerial experience in an administrative or HR position
- Ability to set priorities, delegate work, motivate & develop staff
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law
- Good understanding of HR concepts, theories & methodologies
- Must be able to work well under pressure, handling multiple jobs & responsibilities simultaneously
- Must have advanced computer literacy
- Strong negotiation and bargaining skills

Remuneration: 75k – 80k per month; other benefits upon confirmation of employment
