Head Health Information System needed in a Hospital in Abuja

A reputable Hospital located in Abuja requires the services of an experienced ICT professional to head its expanding ICT Section.
-Not more than 35 years of age
-Not less tha 5 years in a managerial capacity.
-Experienced in the use of notable Hospital Management Softwares,Architecture and development.
-Must be a certified professional on either MCSE,MCSA or Oracle.
-Must be a computer science graduate or a health related field with strong I.T skills.
-Web management capabilities and skills.
-Familiar with server 2003, oracle and sql server.
- Familiar with SPSS,EPI e.t.c
- Programming and developer skills,Java preferable e.t.c

Mandate:
-Plan, monitor and evaluate programmes activities; ensuring ICT goals and objectives are met;
-Implementation of Government National ICT policy and e-Government Strategy.
-Capacity Building.
-Coordinate the automation process in the Hospital.
-Coordinate Design and Implementation of (LAN) /WAN.
-Project Coordination and support to Hospital Institutes.
