A telecommunication Call Centre Based in Lagos is looking for smart University Graduates (male and female) with sharp minds and Good Diction in English and Hausa.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*University Degree
*Must have completed NYSC
*Must be computer literate

REQUIREMENTS

*Not more than 30 years of age
*Must be fluent in Hausa language
*Excellent interpersonal relations and attitude.
*Good communication skills
*Charming Presence and Personality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Attending to customers over the phone
*Providing information and resolving customers' issues.
*Escalating customers issues to appropriate units for prompt resolution.
*Capturing customers details on the system.
