I just went to the site too. Although there is no job vacancy now you can submit your CV online for unsolicited application.
If u experienced difficulty with the site, do try gtbplc.com. It worked for me, am sure it will work for you. There is no job vacancy in the site though, but its best you upload ur cv for position not advertised... take care
