Fund/Asset Manager Needed Urgently.

A Leading Stockbroking firm located in Lagos is looking for a well experienced Funds/Asset manager to come and head its Business development/Asset Management department.

Position: Head of Department --Fund/Asset Management--

Responsibilities:

----Manage consumer investments and basic metrics analysis on such investments.
----Selling of new lines of business to prospects
----Mobilizing funds from surplus units for investment purposes
----Tergeting untapped business segments to boost company's overall result
----sourcing of viable customers for project financing
----Monitoring of clients investments until maturity date.
----deposit mobilization and relationship management
----purchase and sales of stock on behalf of clients through stock broking firms
----Analysis and research of the capital market for investment purposes.

Requirements:

---A degree in marketing, Business Admin, statistics or any relevent/releted course .
---Good knowledge of stockbroking industry
---Over 8-10 years experience (with 4 years on a managerial position) in funds management and Asset management.
---Over 4 years in merketing and business development of potfilio.
---Good communication skills and very analytical.
---good decision making skills and research oriented.
---good in risk management
---experienced MS office package user.
