FRONT DESK OFFICER
- The position holder will be responsible for among others:
- Handling ail the secretariat duties of the office of the Managing Director,
- Receive calls and ensure prompt and effective response to inquiries,
- Assist all Officers in their Administrative functions.
- Handling and managing all fifes
- Assists in preparation and logistical planning for various events
- Creating partnerships with clients to drive alignment of business strategy.
- Responsible for supporting company initiatives, protecting reputation, managing issues, successful placement of the company's key messages and enhancing her profile
- Provide communications services that include internal communications
- Ability to work with less supervision and meeting deadlines


Key Requisites include:
- The interested and qualified candidates would be expected to possess a minimum of - HND/BSC in Business Administration, Accountancy or any related discipline.
- He/She must be computer literate with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- The ideal candidate will possess a good writing and organizational skills,
good communication skills and exercise discretion in handling confidential
matters, as well as integrity with sensitive information.
- He/She will also be expected to be flexible, have personal drive and be willing to learn.
