my fellow comrades i want to know if first bank recruitment will be base on federal character.because from all indication it shows that those from the northern part of this country are less dissadvantage more especially those from Sokoto state.we are looking forward to see equal representation from all the states in the on going excersise.
Nurex I understand your point. However, First Bank is a private sector company and not a government establishment. Therefore Federal Character is not binding on them. Only the best hands will be employed.
This issue of federal character is the reason niigeria is not moving forward.The best hands is what every task require,if we keep employing people based on federal character,u can only imagine how disastrous the outcome will be.Take the civil service for instance see how ineffective our federal parastatals are,all bcos of federal character.These are the things i propose to oppose when i become President of Nigeria in years to come.THER IS NOTHING LIKE FEDERAL CHARACTER IN THE USA. that is part of the reason they are where they are today.
