I think ETB is better in payment (about 200k for a start) while First Bank (about 107k for a start) is better in terms of quality of training. Your friend already has some experience. Should make enquiries from some of his experienced working colleagues before he makes a final choice.

remember..1ST BANK is secure with being a group and public quoted...remember that ETB is owned by an Individual....
if your frend is not interested in job security,he might leave 1st bank for ETB..
BUT bAby,In Nigeria i think 1st is better
