i'v been trying to post my cv but the site i not accepting Y can some1 tell me whaz going on

Can someone help me? Tried uploading my CV but it's bouncing back... Do they accept hard copy?

pls,house i wrote Fidelity bank test in Benin on 3rd May 2008.They said the result will be ready in three weeks and they will contact us. I have not heard anything from them.If anyone has info he should let me know.should i still apply?
