Executive Director – Windmill Energy

Our Client, an emergent conglomerate is looking for a qualified, innovative Director to oversee the operation of the company. This position will report directly to the Group MD.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide leadership and accountability to the group and ensure their success in the field
- Manage/Ensure profitability of each project and plan for continued growth
- Hiring, terminations, performance evaluations and staff development in creating functional excellence
- Identify business opportunities with existing/new customers and expand our service offerings
-Perform miscellaneous duties, tasks & projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
- Windmill Energy experience required
- BA/BSc required or equivalent experience. MBA/MSc a plus
- Proven/Quantifiable service start up experience
- Lean and continuous improvement experience
- Basic understanding of financial cost drivers and managing to a budget
- Minimum of (5) years of service supervisory experience required including business start up
- Ability to inspire, energize and motivate
- Communication skills that command respect without alienation
- Must have excellent computer skills
