EquitorialtrustBank (etb) Can anyone tell me about this bank? as per employment!

Can anyone tell me about this bank, how they go about their employment issue? which qualifications are they employing?

Yes. i've written their test three times passed one, scored 53% in the second one where they said cut of was 65%. In each occasion, they made it clear to us that:
1. NO HND
2. ONLY FED. UNIVERSITY
3. GUYZ MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2.1, WHILE LADIES 2.2
4. AGE 26

This is all i know about them. But despite the fact that i met all their criteria, i was suprise when i was not invited for intervw for the test i passed, having gone to see my score among the listed successful candidate.

how can a body like this discriminate so immensely?
it's just too whacked!
