Job responsibilities:
· Process documents related to purchasing cycle: Purchase orders, Payment Requests/Vouchers, Checks
· Periodic Bank and Cash Reconciliation
· Loan Reconciliations
· General Ledger Account Reconciliations – Assets, Liabilities and Expense Accounts
· Bookkeeping
· Preparation of monthly management account
· Preparation of Account Receivables and Account Payable
· Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
· Ensure timely and daily review of bank statements
· Ensure of monthly bank reconciliation statements
· Maintain cash flow & disbursement to cashier
· Preparation of Staff Salaries & Wages
· Reconciliation of bank accounts

Profile/Qualifications

· Progressive work experience in financial control of a progressive organization
· Good understanding of accounting systems/software
· Must be proficient in use of Excel, Word
· Must be a self-starter and take initiative to drive deliverables
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player
· Ethical, credible and flexible, willing to work in start-up environment

Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s or higher national diploma degree in accounting
2) Working towards becoming a chartered accountant
3) Strong written and verbal communication skills
4) Ability to form strong & effective professional relationships, both internally and externally

Salary range: N30K – N50K per month (based on experience), substantial salary review plus medical benefits after 12 months
