OVERALL FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE
The primary function of this role is to oversee and coordinate the all the day to day activities of Naijamart.com in Nigeria. Naijamart.com is a nascent web company and we are looking for a young motivated and dynamic graduated (or Post Graduate) who can take on this exciting new role

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall running and administration of Naijamart.com
Responsible for managing the entire Naijamart.com Nigerian office with respect to both Capital and Human Resources
Responsible for daily updates of the web content particularly NaijamartOzone – Events, Birthdays, Competitions, Text it Off Your Chest, Prom and Secret Admirer pages
To obtain or Secure 2000 new users for Niajamart.com every month
Engage in extensive Networking and Promote Naijamart.com first to the Nigeria Youths, then to the wider Social and Entertainment Community and finally to the entire Public
To engage in extensive marketing of Naijamart.com via field work
Generate sound and cost effective Publicity ideas to promote Naijamart.com
Ensure that Naijamart.com is on every Nigerian website both in Nigeria and Internationally
Obtain live feed of the Nigerian Events and Social Calendar so that Naijamart.com/Ozone Events page can be constantly updated
Network with key social personalities in Nigeria e.g. Linda Ikeji, Bella Naija and others
Generate ideas to plug Naijamart.com into youth activities being done by the Lagos State Governor
Recruit a Deputy Coordinator within 6 months
Recruit 3 new Text Administrators with 6 months
Recruit the following freelance web journalist: fashion, dating/relationship/gadgets/sports/general entertainment/politics/the new "ozonegeneration"/finance/ business/religion & Faith/ boys zone/ girls hive
Recruit Naijamart.com Campus Representatives
Recruit Naijamart.com General Public Representatives
Maintain and extend Naijamart.com’s business architecture assets

[1] Qualifications
2 years experience working in a Youth Oriented Magazine or Website M
Graduate with University Degree M
2 years experience working with the internet and Computers in General M
2 Years experience in Marketing and Advertising M
Good Microsoft Office skills : MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Visio X
Good knowledge of Nigerian Youth and Social Entertainment Scene M
Experience of project management M

Remuneration and Benefits
Basic Salary
Salary is circa NGN80000 per month – subject to experience
After One Year Probation Salary is circa NGN100,000 plus Car and Driver
NB: Basic Salary is performance related
Bonuses
Entitlement to 2.5% of Naijamart.com’s total quarterly Net profit
