We are now recruiting for a Client Relations Executive.

You will handle all sales activities and enquiries generated by our corporate client base, including the acquisition of new clients through active sales and marketing.

This is a diverse position which involves constant contact with clients, networking and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Manage client relations issues and assist clients benefit fully from our services
Develop active relationships with clients and ensure business needs are met
Coordinate direct sales efforts and monitor feedback from clients on usage
Manage corporate / client accounts and provide relevant support to clients
Handle clients enquiries, sales requests, issues, comments and complaints
Requirements

Recent graduate; ONLY pre NYSC, that is expecting to serve in 2009
Degree in any of Business Administration, Communications, Marketing
Internship while studying in Sales, Marketing and/or Client Relations
Experience in making professional presentations in major companies
Knowledge of the Internet, Online solutions and projects, Social Media
Reasonable, Reliable, Organized, Presentable, Proactive, Composed
