Telemagic communications Ltd is a leader in the Africa telecom industry offering a wide range of telecommunications services and support. Telemagic provides advanced electronic mobile top-up, mobile (bar-coded) tickets, coupons solutions, mobile payment solutions and MMS postcard services.
As result of expansion in business, suitable candidates are now required to fill the positions below:

1. Business Development Manager
Qualification: First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and relevant professional qualification.

Person Specification and Competencies: The candidate must have at least 5 yrs work experience with at least 3 yrs at managerial level. Previous work experience in a telecommunications industry is an added advantage. He/She must be familiar with power point presentation. He /She must have strong leadership qualities, change management, and be able to work under pressure. He/She must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong business and financial acumen, and also a high level of integrity.

Core Job Description: The candidates will be responsible for the development, management and Coordination of activities in the business areas of sales, marketing and field operations

2. Business Development Executive

Qualifications: First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.

Person Specification and Core Competencies: The candidate must have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in a relevant industry preferably telecommunications.
The candidate must have good presentation and facilitation skills. Strong negotiation and marketing skills. He/She must have a strong knowledge of Ms Power point presentation.

Core Job Description: The candidates will coordinate the execution of the functions work program and plans and ensure alignment with the company policies and procedure. Be responsible for collective agreements and negotiations for the company. Active involvement in marketing of the company’s products and services.
