A friend of mine was invited and text msg reads thus: CBSSL strictly invites...........................for test on sat. Aug.15, 2009 by 9.00am. Venueis plot 466/467 Trans-Amadi Ind. Layout. Near mother CAT junction PH. Exam no. is.........Come with a form of ID, original birth cert., & ND certificate.
It appears it is strictly on invitation and it is for junior staff only i.e OND holders. Good luck guys.
