Bank Phb Interview.......What next?

Hi house, just got a text from phb about the next stage of interviews after the one of Dec 19th.
What should i expect?

By "just got", i meant that i got d text on xmas eve.
d text read smthg like.......

hi mimispeaking.. my test was in july at unilag and i was invited for interview on 17th dec.

When you have been interviewed, the next stage is usually the medical test. You will be invited to the Head Office where you will be given a letter to an hospital, where you will undergo a comprehensive medical test.(Expenses paid by BankPHB)

If you are OK, you get another message later inviting you to attend training school.(If you are graduate trainee).
Pass the courses and you are IN.

The reason i'm asking is 'cos d interview we did was quite short.
So I was thinking there would be another one before the medicals.
I know someone who actually went through 3 stages b4 being employed.
With what u posted, is it that the policy has changed, or should we still look forward to more interviews?
