bank job switch

pls i need to move from my bank job in enugu to another different bank
i m a banker in one of dis first generation banks in enugu and i want to move to higher level by applying to another bank dat will employ me in the western states because my bank don't wanna give me transfer
pls house hw can i switch from east to west

i dey feel real home sick now and i ve been a banker 4 just six months experience in operations
can i get a job as experience in another bank
