Hi Sam,

The global economic meltdown has a serious impact on our operation that did not only prevented us from recruiting more staff but that we had to relieve some existing employees.

And there is the possibility that we may still have to reduce the workforce further.

Please accept my apology for not communicating this position to you earlier and thank you for understanding.
