Brief Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and selection
• Budgeting and Reporting
• Training and development
• Performance Management
• Grievance Management and related, etc
• Supervise Administrative tasks and execution
• Vendor and company interface
• Related vendor Auditing
• Admin supervision and execution
Age: 30 and above
Qualifications: Bachelors degree
Certifications in related Chattered Institutes’ (advantage)
M. Sc in Human Resources (advantage)
5 years experience and above
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written skills
Very good computer skills
