@admin. I don't understand how u guys rate or promote members. I should have been promoted to a senior member by now given my meaningful contributions and conduct . U people shud take time and review each member's contributions monthly and reward him or her.
I observed mbers ar promoted base on d number of post made.u can find yrs(total post to date) under yr profile.
