Vacancy for A female Persoanl Assistant and Facilitators

1. Qualifications and Training.
• B. sc or Higher in the Humanities/social sciences
• S.S.C.E. Showing a minimum of a credit in Mathematics and English Language
• Training in office, organization and financial skill.
2. Experience
• A minimum of four years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level
• Experience of working within an international environment, ideally an NGO
• Experience of financial planning
• Experience of short, medium and long term planning
• Experience of writing reports and proposals
3. Knowledge, skills and Abilities.
• Knowledge of proper English grammar and spelling
• Knowledge of current technology, software applications, office method, procedures, and equipment, including receptionist and telephone techniques.
• Proficient ability to operate equipments such as video cassette, recorders, television, movie projectors, film strip projectors, tape recorders, computers and print/copy equipment.
• Ability to ensure appropriate monitoring and control processes are in place so that resources are used effectively
• Ability to plan and organise financial reasources required to meet short , medium and long term objectives.
• Ability to set up and maintain filing systems.
• Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Graphics¬)
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent and creative communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Skill in problem solving.
• Ability to obtain, clarify and exchange imformation.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and judge when to take decisions and when to seek advice.
• Ability to work tight deadlines and adapt quickly and effectively to changing situations.
