personal effectiveness

Dear house! We would not deny that somethings have gone wrong because of pure negligence. Unemployed youths look for who to blame often but as a recruiter, I have seen dat 80% of the fault is from the unemployed themselves. More often than not it is asked, what have you done, how have u impacted ur environment, how is ur workstyle? Many can only tell u of parties they have attended. Worse is dat some don,t even know what the general job function of what they are interviewed for is. It can be so annoting that an applicant being interviewed for even a front desk personnel can't tell even a little bit of wat a receptionist does.
The list is endless. It goes to ask; how many of us know about personal effectiveness? About test ourselves to know our competencies(self awareness); about setting all goals?
Aha! How much do you spend FBing? How much do u spend boozing and partying? How much would you spend for a richly packed seminar as such?
