Pre-Qualification for SMEFUNDS 2010 Graduate Scholarship Program is now open to ONLY qualified individuals.

Recipients will obtain an international award for participation upon completion and Top 5 candidates will represent the organization at an International conference after the Fellowship Program.

Location: State Capitals
Fellowship Periods: 3 to 6months (MAX)
