Good Day, Pls can anyone tell me how to Create a PDF File
pls i have searched on google and all the solutions i cee is demanding credit card payment from me.
i downloaded a PDF Creator software named "Preferences",but is not working, when i open the page it will just display a Window with title "PDF Writer",i filled some details in and after that nothing came up again.

pls if you know how i can create a PDF file or you have any software you can assist me with ,pls do .
