Job position: Resourcing Specialist
Job description:

• advertise all vacancies on Taleo for internal and external visibility
• managem taleo as am applicant tracking system for all advertised roles
• update heart of house internal job board and internal application trackers
• update arrival list with details of all new joiners including allocated accommodation details
• performs all additional tasks as directed bu the human resources management team

Qualification:

• degree in HR, business administration, sociology, law or a related field
• CIPM/CIPD qualified
• good knowledge of online recruitment system and competency
• strong communication skills including a high level of impact and influence
• system and data analysis skills
