Vacancy for Human Resources (HR) Officer
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement effective human resource policies.• Deploy and automate HR processes using appropriate software tools.• Identify staffing needs and prepare or review job descriptions.• Conduct recruitment exercises and negotiate employment agreements.• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.• Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance management.• Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across branches.• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and HR documentation.• Manage employee benefits, welfare programs, and professional development initiatives.• Supervise company personnel and drive staff motivation and engagement.• Support management in achieving strategic HR and organizational objectives.Requirements• Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience.• Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPM) from a recognized body will be an added advantage• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets will be an added advantage• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.• Commitment to long-term growth with the company.• Willingness to work on some weekends and public holidays when required.• Living within proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantageHow to Apply:Interested applicants should forward an updated copy of their CV to: [email protected] or [email protected]lication closes: 20th Dec, 2025
