Job Position: Educational Specialist

Qualification:

• advanced university degree in one or more of the disciplines relevant to the following areas: Education, Primary education, or a social science fields relevant to international assistance
• fluency in English and local working language of the duty station
• advanced knowledge of one or more technical areas of UNICEF educational programes
• advanced technical knowledge of theories,principles and methods in one on of the following areas: Education, Primary education, or a social science fields relevant
• Gender and diversity awareness
• leadership in identifying, encouraging and mentoring capabler women
• knowledge of the global commitment on aid effectiveness, including Paris Declaration on Aid Effectivness, the Accra Agenda for Action as well as Global Programme Partnership (GPPs)
