Job Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Adivsor

Job description:

• guide drive to achieve set targets through establishment of effective program monitoring
• develop a proficient M&E system that is able to produce reliable data for effective decision making and reporting
• provide technical support to the state M&E officers in carrying out their essential duties
• build capacity of health workers through routine on site monitoring and supportive supervisory visits on proper documentation

Qualification:

Qualification:

• B.Sc in computer science or information technology
• post graduate in information technology . database certification will be an added advantage
• high level proficiency in MS suits , analytic software (SAS or SPS) and programming language like JAVA,MS-SQL,ORACLE or any other RDBMS package
• development of network and desktop packages
• knowledge of international messaging standards (especially HL7)
• excellent facilitation mentoring and communication skills to enale to conduct training and supervisions
• knowledge of health informatics and experience in HIV/AIDS patient management
• ability to commit 40% of work time to sites support and supervision visits

Job description:

• provide administrative support to the procurement and supply chain management activities
• manage prioritization and timely replies to e mails and responding on the behalf of director of finance
