Job Description
Mediplan Healthcare limited is a health maintenance organisation (HMO) with its head office in Lagos invites application from suitable qualified persons for full time employment.

Job description
Support in developing, monitoring and reporting on strategic and operational plans.
Support in maintaining and implementing the risk management policy
Develop, implement and maintain a cost allocation model and system of data collection to support the understandability of project and service delivery
Develop, implement and maintain a budget planning process, and – in consultation with budget holders – prepare a budget to support delivery of the strategic objectives
Develop, implement and maintain a process for monitoring the organization’s performance in terms of achieving its strategic objectives.

Qualification and Requirement
MBA is required for this position
Minimum of 3years experience in similar field
Ability to perform business process mapping is an added advantage
Strong organisational skills
Strong logical and analytical thinker
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare and submit reports
Good computer knowledge
