A senior counsel needed

A legal practitioner with litigation experience who is willing to work in a law firm that has stint with the Oil and Gas firm, Corporate and commercial world is needed.
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Have experience in conducting and managing litigation confidently with limited Supervision and have a sound understanding and awareness of litigation processes and the application of civil procedure rules
• Sound staff management experience
Skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Ability to balance priorities and co-ordinate work effectively in order to meet deadlines
• and deal with high workloads
• Sound written and oral communication skills to give authoritative advice and influence
• colleagues and external stakeholders

 Other requirement
Candidates should note that due to the nature of the work, you may be required to work long hours on some occasions.

 The Duties involves:
Represent clients in courts of law; handle legal issues in criminal cases or civil disputes; prepare and file legal documents, collect facts and evidence, negotiate settlements, try cases, and perform other litigation tasks; perform other duties as required
