National Logistics and Admin Officer (NLAO): Kano
This position will be responsible for admin and logistics duties such as enforcing policies and procedures in the office, planning, organizing venues for workshops or seminars including overseeing suppliers and service providers as well as the maintenance and effective utilization of programmed vehicles and all office assets. S/he will organize prompt hotel bookings and reservations for visiting Consultants and Partners; as well as maintain a register of service providers, such as; car hire services, hotels, embassies, etc.

Qualification: Candidates must have a graduate degree in Business Administration, Social or Management Sciences with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
S/he must have a good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools particularly MS Word and Excel. The ideal candidate must have good negotiation, organization, delegation, communication and interpersonal skills. A basic knowledge in accounting is essential for
this position. Past experience in a similar environment is desirable.

The successful candidate will be based in all the programme operating states carrying out Logistics and Admin duties at the state level and provide support to the National Logistics and Admin Officer in the National office.
