Pharmaceutical Sales Representative/ Marketer

JOB DESCRIPTION

With minimum supervision, the pharmaceutical sales representative is responsible for representing the brand pharmaceutical division products within a defined sales territory.

Essential Functions:

• Develops and implements plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level
• Manages and maintains expense budget for the territory
• Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted physicians, pharmacies, medical staff and medical centers, etc.
• Communicates effectively with peers and management
• Prepares various reports and presentations for clients, peers, and management
• Develops and maintains permanent customer records
• Completes all administrative tasks in a timely manner
• Presents a professional sales image in all business matters

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Requirements
*Diploma or Bachelor's degree
*Minimum 2 years outside business to business sales experience or 6 months to 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience. Most be computer literate



Pharmaceutical Credit Controller/ Cashier

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Credit Collector, you’ll coordinate credit and cash collection activities in a team effort with your colleague from the store mechandiser. You will work closely with customers, with local business leaders as well as with our customer service team and our sales force. You will be following our company processes and using your own strategies in order to achieve excellent long-term results.

Essential Functions:
As a Credit Collector your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Diploma in Economics, Finance, Accounting
Experience with Credit / Cash Collections would be an advantage
Assertive person with good customer-focus skills
Experience within multinational company would be an advantage
Communicative level of English
Computer Literate
Proficient with Peachtree software although training would be given

As a Credit Controller your main responsibilities will involve:

Conducting credit control and cash collection by different means (e.g. cheque and cash).
Maintaining accurate, integrate and complete account
Contributing in resolving disputes between clients and our customer service
Being responsible for credit limit setting
Preparing monthly financial reports for given areas

Store Mechandiser

Job Description


Merchandiser ("pull-up") will be responsible for merchandising products in stock and ensuring adequate product availability on the shelf and on displays.




Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate product levels in the aisle and display locations throughout the account.
• Maintain clean and organized back-room inventory of product.
• Meet customer service expectations through communication, problem resolution and follow-up with district management.
• Maintain a professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products according to date codes.

Qualifications

Experience working with minimal supervision.
Ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs as well as ability to push / pull up to 50 lbs.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service and solve customer issues as they arise,
OND , diploma OR University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
Computer Literacy
