Job description

We seek new Volunteers for Strategy Development & Partnerships on an ongoing outreach program for 1111 people living with NCDs in lagos. This is an opportunity to work with other TOF AFRICA Fellows.

This is a great paid volunteer opportunity for people who would like to earn an extra income from changing lives positively

The Volunteer will be in charge of:

(1) Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems

(2) Identifying problems and seeking solutions reviewing current strategy

(3) Undertaking research into the industry sector, markets and competitors

(4) Undertaking fund raising projects

(5) Compiling and presenting information verbally, visually and in writing

(6) Identifying and assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies outlining objectives

(7) Developing, advising about and implementing agreed solutions

(8) Identifying strategic partnerships for outreach Projects

(9) Collecting, analysing and interpreting data and statistics from outreach projects

(10) Participate in outreach projects


Volunteer Logistics:

The estimated duration of the ongoing project is: October to December
This position is On-site in Lagos, Nigeria and Online for those living outside lagos
The office can provide amenities to volunteers such as: Internet, Office space

A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Senior Consultant candidates, including intellectual ability, strong analytic skills, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership.

The candidate will typically have:

Excellent undergraduate degree from a recognized university
Business-level fluency in English language
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Effectiveness in the use of computer tools
Transferable skills and experience from previous strategic roles may be required
