Lawyer Advciser/Confidential Secretary Urgently Needed

Brass Recruitment is urgently in need of: COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER.

Qualification: LLB, BL, ACIS is an added advantage

Experience: 10-12years

Job Specification:
- He will be responsible for efficient administration of the company
particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and
regulatory requirements.

- ensure the decision of the Board of Director sare implemented.

- Liasewith other relevant agencies such as Government agencies,
external solicitors and indeed the court of Law.

Personal Attribute:
-Computer literate
- Proven Intergrity
- Good communication skill
- Farmiliar with agencies of government e.g.EFCC, SEC etc
- Must be ableto work with little supervision
