Our client, which is based in Port Harcourt, is a leading brand in the quick service resturant (QSR) Sector.
To help with its growing profile as a service provider of choice, the management of the Company is seeking the services of a Business Development Manager.

JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER [REF: BDM 002]
RESPONSIBLE TO: CEO/General Manager Commercial

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage The Business Development and Client Acquisition Port Folio
• Explore And Develop New Markets, and Business Opportunity
• Servicing Of Existing Contract and Expansion of Business Transactions.

FOCUS

• Industrial Catering Services Marketing
• Commercial Catering Services Marketing
• Franchise Sales Marketing
• Corporate Relations Management
• Projects Bids And Bidding

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead team and develop strategies to identify new markets and clients to expand business opportunities.
2. Drive the formulation and execution of corporate business development and customer relation policies and standard operating procedures.
3. Define periodic targets and growth path and provide regular update on team progress.
4. Strategic management of business relation of client with focus on growing existing portfolio
5. Manage survey on competitive brand, pricing and marketing of specific contracts and their retainer ship.
6. Provide instruction and training of team on business development, customer relations and handling oversight functions on sale promotions franchising and consumer behavior.

Requirements
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. However, a Masters in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent will be advantage.
2. Knowledge in Product Development and Management (Especially in the QSR Industry.)
3. At least 3 years, Preferably with relevant experience in similar industry
4. Excellent negotiation skills
5. A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
6. Travel is essential for this position

REMUNERATION
Remuneration for the position is comparable to what obtains in the industry
(An official vehicle is also attached to this office)
