Job Title : Human Resources Personnel
Organization : ANIGAS WEST AFRICAN LTD
Required Experience ; 1 - 4 years
Minimum Qualification : Bsc/HND

Responsibilities

Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes.
Designed systems which reduced absence hours.
Responsible for recruitment and selection of suitable candidates and induction process
Conducting performance appraisals as required formulating and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and service.
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
Writing the terms of employment & contracts for new employees
Carrying out background check on new employees.

· Reviewing and managing office budget and expenditure
· Answerable to interoffice queries and ensures effective communication of operational data to the management section.

Effective written communications skills with ability to prepare reports, policies and procedures.
Team building skills and good human relations.
Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
