Job Description
Mediplan Healthcare limited is a health maintenance organisation (HMO) with its head office in Lagos invites application from suitable qualified persons for full time employment.

Job description
Head of department oversee all marketing and sales activities
They establish marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.

Qualification and Requirement
MBA or Master degree in any relevant field is compulsory
Must have lead a sizeable team of at least 8 staffs
Must have at least 5 years post NYSC experience in sales and marketing
Prior experience in an HMO is an added advantage
Strong organisational skills
Strong logical and analytical thinker
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prepare and submit reports
Good computer knowledge
