Job Description
Our client seeks to recruit highly qualified and competent professionals to fill this vacancy arising from restructuring and expansion of the company’s operations

Position Summary
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for the management and maintenance of various residential and commercial properties to the satisfaction of the company and tenants.

Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day management of the Group’s property portfolio
Provide support to the organisation in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties in accordance with the company instructions
Accurately complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing and managing properties, including inspection reports, lease document preparation, generation and distribution of monthly owner statements and maintenance of the key register for various properties
Credit control and accounting functions. Work together with Credit Control and Purchase Ledger departments on queries and process entailed when chasing debt or paying contractors

Qualifications and Experience
A first degree in any social science discipline from a reputable university
Masters Degree will be an advantage
Professional qualification and membership of a recognized professional body
Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in the real estate industry
Good knowledge of generally accepted standard in international and local property/real estate markets
