Economics Teacher

DUTIES
1. The incumbent will spend a substantial amount of time reading and planning lessons based on curriculum content and student level.
2. Lecture to share the information with students, give directions for completing assignments, evaluate student progress, develop tests and assign grades.
3. Support students with challenging material or assignments when necessary.
4. Administer and grade tests
5. Calculate and assign grades
6. Communicate with parents
7. Work cooperatively with other teachers
8. Participate in continued education training, as required

QUALIFICATION
Minimum of OND in business, finance or economics
