Dispatchers

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

> List most important duties first
> Receives or prepares work orders.
> Records and maintains files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
> Prepares daily work schedules.
> Confers with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
> Dispatching and corresponding with drivers to proper pickup locations
> Handles all incoming phone calls
> Data Entry of booking information into the company's database
> Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

> OND
> Less than 6 months working experience
