Job Description
We are a world class conglomerate that requires the services of experienced Hotel Development and Property Manager with astute entrepreneurial skills. Under the direction of the Group Executive Director, the Hotel Developer will be responsible for the timely execution of projects in the hospital business in accordance with world standards, while the Property Manager will manage the various estates nationwide.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement service, operating and product standards.
Participate in all design and construction projects (new, renovation, expansion, acquisition, disposition) related to hotel.
Maintain an active and timely update deal log and provide communication to the Group Executive Director on status and evaluation of business transactions.
Source, qualify and execute upon opportunities that lead to the production of signed management agreements.
Work with various internal and external department, agencies and external supplies to direct their activities in support of the hotel desired outcomes.

Qualification/Experience:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant Engineering Field or Architecture.
15 years experience in the hospitality industry development, hotel operations and product quality.
Competence in project management.
Experience in design and construction.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self – motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to change quickly, multi task and willing to travel.
