Graduates needed for immediate employment as customers care officer. Either male or female graduates with a first degree in english, linguistic, mass communication or related discipline. Must not be more than 35 years of age. Must be computer literate and very fluent in spoken english. Polite, tolerant, gentle and well manned. Should reside in LAGOS,ibadan, or ogun states
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend to customers needs and complaints. Entertain, manage and maintain old and existing customer relationships. Provide solutions to customers needs. Track and document conversations, report to head of dept. On a weekly basis. Attend trainings when due. And carry out other duties as assigned
Incentives and other benefits as well as bonus would be given along side the monthly package/allowance
MONTHLY PACKAGE full time 140,000Part time/ contract 120,000 but negotiable
