Customer Service/ Retail Sales Personnel

OneConcept, an Indigenous and Reputable Oil and Gas Company who are also into Business Building and Properties is inviting hardworking and sincere Nigerian graduate to fill this position: Customer Service/ Retail Sales Personnel
Improves the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
Duties: Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities. Acknowledging customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner. Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products of the company. Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process and pre-requirements. Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in any of the social science discipline from a recognized University/Polytechnic with a minimum of one (1) years working experience. Fluency in English & any other Nigerian language. Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills. Knowledge of sales and relationship building process. Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage. Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) will be an added advantage
